Dear Aminta Hotel

My wife and I spent last week at your hotel and we wish to thank you for the excellent 1st class service that we received from you.

It was our honeymoon and you made a really special holiday even better.

As I travel around the world on business, I get to stay in a number of hotels and the Aminta has to be the best for a long while.

It is the little touches that make a good hotel into a great hotel - your night receptionist who patiently guided us in to the hotel on our arrival with great accuracy, the room we were offered to wash and change prior to our departure for the airport, even though we had already booked out of the hotel and many other touches too.

We will most definitely return - hopefully on our 1st wedding anniversary next October and will recommend you to family and friends.

THANK YOU for a wonderful holiday. GH Aminta and all Staff were amazing and we did not want to leave. England now seems very dull although we have a second or two of sunshine!

Hello,

I have just returned from a stay at the Aminta and wanted to thank you for such a lovely stay, my friend and myself had a very enjoyable time at the Aminta. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

Dear Sir or Madam

My wife, daughter and I have just returned back to the UK after spending one week in Sorrento at the Grand Hotel Aminta.

The three of us had a wonderful time at your hotel and were sorry to leave this morning.

On my return home I felt compelled to write to you to offer my sincere thanks to all of your staff. They were very helpful and courteous to us at all times.

I would first of all like to give particular mention to Michael and his restaurant staff for their professionalism, dedication and for their attention to detail. They looked after us extremely well paying particular attention to the needs of my infant daughter Isabelle, for this I am very grateful.

Secondly I would like to give special thanks to the Hotel cleaning staff. Both the Hotel and our root were spotlessly clean.

You are all a great credit to your Hotel and i look forward to seeing you all again soon,

Dear Aminta Staff,

Marty and I just want to thank you for a wonderful Honeymoon and vacation. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Your hotel was beautiful and your city was picture perfect. The people of Sorrento and the surrounding area are the best.
You can be very proud your hotel, city and country. It made me proud to be of Italian heritage. We will return to Sorrento as the song says because we loved it all.

Many thanks for the hospitality and the friendly and very efficient service we received during our recent stay at your beautiful hotel (21-31 August 2006).

It was our first visit to Sorrento but will definitely not be our last. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. To have our room upgraded to one with a sea view and balcony and a complimentary chilled bottle of wine sent to our room was a very nice touch. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the hotel and the always cheery service from all staff.

Your hotel has a breathtaking setting with views that will remain with me until I return to once more laze by the pool.

Once again, many thanks for making our 25th wedding anniversary unforgettable.

Thank you once again for the hospitality shown to us at our recent stay. The reception staff as always were friendly and efficient. Say thank you to them for us please.

The reception was cool and comfortably furnished a welcome relief from the warm weather, especially after travelling.

The pool and pool area was spotless. It is kept exceedingly well.

As always, the Dining Room staff were helpful and courteous and so were the bar staff. Say hello and thank you especially to Salvatore who served us at most meals and was very efficient and great fun.

When we come to your hotel it is a holiday for us just sitting on the patio gazing at the magnificent views over the Bay. In fact that is sometimes why we appear never to move away from the hotel.

So once again a triumph.

just a note to say thank you for looking after us during our holiday 15/8 to 25/8 2006. Everything fine .Accommodation and food excellent .all staff a credit to their chosen profession. It will not be our last holiday at the Aminta .

Dear Aminta Management and Staff,

We have just returned from a lovely 4 days at the Aminta. Its a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who provide a superb service. I would not hesitate in recommending the Aminta to anyone who is looking for a great hotel in such a lovely location. We came to the Aminta to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and I don't think we could have made a better choice!

Dear Management and Staff,

This is just to say a very big thank you for making our stay with you an extremely enjoyable one. It was so kind of you to sort out our problem with regards to our daughters room enabling them to be close to us. Your staff were polite,helpful and very friendly (especially in the dining room!) and were immacuately presented at all times. The only bad thing was that we were only with you for one week! Hopefully the next time we stay at your wonderful hotel it will be for longer.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to all your staff. The view from our balcony is permantly fixed in my mind- I only wish i was there now.
