We would like to express our thanks for making our recent stay so wonderful. Everything was perfect! After 5 days at the Aminta we went on to 4 days in Rome. We decided that next time we are going to spend our entire holiday at the Aminta. Thanks again. See you next year.

Thank you once more for a great holiday. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you once again. We have been coming to the Aminta for several years now and as always the service was impeccable. The reception staff was very efficient and welcoming. The food was fantastic, especially the al a carte menu. The service by the bar staff by the pool was as ever terrific and the pool itself was immaculate. The maid service was great, it needed to be dealing with us – so well done. The views, the terrace were excellent. So thank you again.

Dear All At The Aminta.
We have just returned from our Honeymoon, where we stayed at your amazing hotel. We fell in love with Italy and the Aminta! Your hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the pool , the view but what really makes it so special are the amazing staff! You are all not only brilliant at your job but your friendliness and warmth made our honeymoon even more special! We will def' be back as soon as we can! So we would love to take this opportunity to say a big 'Thank You' to all the staff at the Grand hotel Aminta, from the lovely smiley man at the pool, waiters on the amazing terrace and the superb reception staff, Thank you!

My husband and I and our 15 yr old daughter have just returned from our holiday at the Aminta hotel. We had a wonderful time ! The views are breath taking and my only wish would be to be transformed back there to just sit on those comfortable chairs to admire the views one more time. The hotel met up with all our expectations and more. The breakfasts were amazing and staff so nice and friendly. We certainly would come back again.Take plenty of money for the trips as there is so much to see and do the boat trips were great and we loved Capri. Go off the beaten track in Capri away from the masses of tourists and you will get some stunning photos.We hired a car for a day to see all the coast which was not really necesary as one of the local buses takes you there too Our only comment would be about the timing of the last bus back we found it too long a wait for the 11pm bus perhaps 10pm wound have been better.Dont hesitate to book this hotel!

MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAVE RECENTLY RETURNED FROM YOUR HOTEL AND WE HAVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. WE BOTH FELL IN LOVE WITH ITALY, SORRENTO AND THE AMINTA !
THE STANDARD OF SERVICE, FOOD AND CLEANLINESS WAS EXCELLENT,
A VERY BIG THANKYOU TO ALL THE STAFF ESPECIALLY FRANCO FOR HIS CHEEKY SMILE AND FOR RESERVING OUR SUNBEDS EVERY DAY, SORRY WE DIDNT HAVE THE CHANCE TO SAY GOODBYE.
NEIL IS STILL TALKING ABOUT HIS POT ROASTED OCTOPUS !!! WE WERE TOLD WE WERE THE ONLY BRITS TO TRY IT !!!

Hello,
We had 2 glorious days at Aminta when we traveled to Italy in August! We loved your hotel, your attentive staff, your beautiful grounds and your lovely meals. It was truly the highlight of our fabulous trip to Italy! We especially loved the wine we got at your pool bar. We were wondering if you could tell us the name of it. The label said it was bottled for the Aminta Hotel but did not give the name of it. Since our return home we have had many of the Italian wines but none as lovely as yours. Could you please forward the name of the wine to me so we can try to obtain it here? Thank you for your attention to this and thank you again for a most wonderful stay. Next time we return to Italy, we are definitely staying at Aminta for at least a week!

My boyfriend and I have just returned from the Aminta and have had an amazing holiday. Its was our second visit and certainly wont be our last.

We would like to thank all of the staff at the Aminta for making our holiday so special and for making us feel so welcome.

You truely have a superb hotel, with the most breathtaking views of Sorrento. The high standards and dedicated staff make your hotel stand out more than any we have ever visited. A special thankyou to the restaurant manager and staff for kind understanding about my food allergy. As always the food and service was superb. We were so sad to leave.

Looking forward to seeing you all again soon

My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel between the 23rd to 29th of july 2007 . It was the most amazing , fabulous , wonderful hotel we have ever stayed in. We cant say it enough.From the moment we arrived in Sorrento via the bus, we were in awe. The reception/lobby was classy. The receptionists were soo helpful, and the room was exquisite. A huge bed, flatscreen tv, a view of the bay, jaquzzi bath, everything was big and spacious. The best part though for us was the pool side bar. So relaxing and clean and friendly. We would recommend to anybody to go here. You will have a dream holiday

We have just stayed at The Grand Hotel Aminta from 27th July until 6th August. We read all of the reviews before we went to Sorrento and can honestly say that the comments were all very true.

The hotel itself has magnificent views over the bay and our particular room in the Villa Aminta had a view of Capri, Ischia and Vesuvio to the right. We could not have asked for a better view and being in the Villa Aminta meant that it was very peaceful. The walk from the main hotel to the villa is no problem whatsoever and only takes 2 mins. The room was very clean with fresh sheets everyday.

The walk down the path next to the bus stop across the road from the aminta is a great walk with fab views over sorrento and takes about 15 mins however the walk back up takes twice as long and you need to be very fit.

The courtesy bus is great but there is a return one to the hotel at 8.30pm but not another one until 11.15pm. This seems to be quite a long time between and they could definately do with one around 10.00pm.

If you do not fancy a restaurant meal one evening then there is a great Kebab place. When the bus drops you off walk towards to the church/centre and turn right onto the main drag. The Kebab shop is up either the 1st or 2nd turning on your right.

We can only say that we have had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Dear All the Aminta Staff

This is a note (rather late, so apologies) to say that we had yet another wonderful holiday at the Aminta. We returned for a one week stay in mid-July 2007, after having stayed here last year for our holidays. We even got our favourite family room, which was wonderful.
The breakfast was great, the staff - lovely as ever and the scenery from the terrace - breath-taking. We can't praise this hotel and service high enough.

Have just arrived home from one week stay at Aminta. Great hotel, dining room staff superb, as reception. Had great room with balcony and sea view, pool area great, really liked booking sunbeds - ensures you have one the following day - what else can one say - superb!!
