Dear Hotel Aminta We have just returned to London after a few wonderful days in your hotel. Our stay with you was such an enormous pleasure for us, that we wanted to write and say thank you. Thank you to the kindness of the staff - the reception, all the waiters in the restaurant, the chamber maids. We cannot single any individual out for special mention because you were ALL friendly, courteous, helpful.......a real pleasure. Thank you too for the room upgrade, the spumante, the basket of fruit. As we were loading the car to leave, a member of your staff told us that wonderful months to be in Sorrento were September and October. Well, perhaps we will come again! Who knows! Good evening, We have just returned home from our amazing recent break at your hotel. I wanted to write to thank you all again for making our trip so special. Your hotel is immaculate and every member of staff was welcoming. The food was fantastic and varied, and the waiting staff very attentive. We were very touched on our final night when my husband’s birthday cake appeared. You were all very thoughtful, and we very much appreciated your generous room upgrade, as did our children! Hello, We left a week ago (30th October) and I have been meaning to thank you for a really enjoyable stay at Grand Hotel Aminta, our base for exploring Pompeii and Ercolano. Thank you for responding to my request, prior to our arrival, for the bedding to be adapted to our requirements. Your arrangement proved ideal; we were very comfortable during our time at the hotel. Additionally, we thought your hotel was beautiful and found the staff to be most friendly and welcoming. The views from the hotel in its serene setting are really exceptional and the service throughout our stay was both very efficient and friendly. In my opinion the restaurant also lives up to its many glowing reviews, serving exquisitely presented and carefully prepared dishes: the best I have experienced in Italy. Dear Gennaro and all staff at Aminta. My wife Connie and I were recently guests at Aminta from 16-10-15 to 30-10-15. We were fortunate to be allocated Room 314 during our stay,and were delighted with the location of the room. We write to once again say thankyou to all the staff at tha Aminta for the always helpful and curteous way in which we, and all guests, were treated during our stay. You and the staff at Reception were especially helpful at all times,and this was much appreciated. As you are aware; the weather during our stay was not at its best; but the standards of service in the Dining Room and all other areas of the Aminta were,as always,of the highest. We know that you and the staff were due to take a short break after our departure,and we hope you all had a well earned rest.
