My parents and I have just returned from our second stay at the Grand Hotel Aminta and yet again our experience was excellent. We were especially impressed with our updated sea view rooms, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. All of the restaurant staff were exceptional, but we would like to extend a special thank you to Ernesto for being so friendly and putting up with my Mum’s questions (!) and to Lauren on reception for kindly helping us to plan our day trip to Ischia. Just returned after 7 nights stay and really enjoyed our visit. We loved the quieter location up the hill from Sorrento (& the free shuttle bus service) with superb views across the bay towards Vesuvius and amazing sunsets over Capri. The staff were delightful- really friendly & helpful- and the room was spacious & spotless. The swimming pool & surrounding seating perfect & the free towels always on hand. Breakfasts were brilliant with a huge choice including cereals, breads, ham, cheese, 'full English', croissants, cakes, etc., and unlimited tea or coffee. We'd certainly be very happy to stay there again Thank you to staff & managers

My friend and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at Grand Hotel Aminta. It was a totally wonderful experience. The staff were courteous, made a s feel very welcome . Nothing was too much for them . We were half board , so enjoyed excellent cuisine at dinner . Breakfast was great, with a huge variety to choose from . My friend was a coeliac, and the waiting staff and chef fully accommodated for her . She didn’t fell left out with the food, as the head waiter ensured her food was closed without gluten ( without having to compromise dishes. The hotel was conveniently situated very near Sorrento centre ( but still far enough to enjoy peace and quiet ). The shuttle bus was a godsend ( although we enjoyed the walk down to Sorrento, taking in the views . I really felt at home ( even though service was formal , it was relaxed ). My favourite part of the stay were deserts, and cakes . All fresh, and delicious with too much choice . Thank you to all the staff ( from the cleaners right through to reception). You made our stay so relaxed - I would definitely book again.

We stayed for 1 week in mid August. Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff and superb dining service. Thinking of booking again next year and hiring a car to see more of this beautiful place. The frequent bus service views and relaxed atmosphere is just what the soul needs.

Buongiorno to all at the Grand Hotel Aminta! My parents and I have just returned home after a fabulous 7 night stay. We loved the hotel’s location, the spectacular views and the selection of food and excellent service in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the gala evenings too. We wanted to extend our thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable, especially those in the restaurant who we didn’t have chance to thank as we had to leave so early. And we really didn’t want to leave! Everyone was so friendly, cheerful and professional. Grazie mille. Abbiamo avuto una vacanza meravigliosa. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Presto spero.
