Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the hotel. We went with a party of 16 people and all had an absolutely fantastic time. I will have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone. Please keep the winter package deals going and we will be back. Having great weather in March was an added bonus. Thank you all once again and a special mention for Guiseppe in the bar - he was wonderful. (apologies if I have spelt his name wrong).

Dear All We have just returned from a week stay in the Aminta. We have never had such excellent service from such a wonderful group of staff. The food was fantastic. We did manage to tell the chef how good his cooking was by him and his team. Everyone who works at the hotel are very professional. We will be returning very soon to enjoy it all again.
