We stayed at Grand Aminta a couple of weeks ago and what a fantastic experience it was! Due to Covid issues we were a little apprehensive however we certainly didn't need to. The hotel had all provisions in place and was very clean and sanitised. The rooms were lovely and we had the beautiful view of the sunset. The jucuzzi was the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. Food was excellent too. We ate in the hotel most nights and again it was lovely, plenty of choice and very good quality. We were due to only stay for 7 nights however we enjoyed it so much that we extended for a further 3 nights. Staff were extremely helpful and looked after us brilliantly. We are hopefully going to return again soon.

Dear Sir I wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful time we have had staying at the Grand Hotel Aminta since Friday. We have visited from London and we were a little nervous about travelling since COVID but your staff have helped us to relax and thoroughly enjoy our stay in Sorrento whilst also maintaining safety in respect of COVID. From the start Victoria welcomed us and explained everything perfectly. The room we have been in is fantastic and Rosella was so kind to make sure we had a room that we loved. She is a really super ambassador for your hotel! Michael and his team in the restaurant have been amazing also. Marco is so professional and also kind and his team are just superb. Always there to help and always providing great service. We have dined with you for 3 evenings as the food and experience has been so perfect. The children have not wanted to eat anywhere else! Finally a word for Nello, Tony and your other bar and garden staff - they are all so kind and helpful. They smile all the time and are so great to speak English so well. The pool area has been incredibly relaxing and clean and Tony has made our holiday for us always serving us delicious drinks but also talking to us - he is not just a bar man, he is a true gentleman. We have recommended your hotel to friends in London already and hope to stay with you again next time we come to the Amalfi coast. We visited Positano on Monday and although very pretty, we prefer Sorrento and the GHA! It is far more relaxing (and you can park!!!). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms so stylish, the terrace and pool amazing, the house itself the garden and the entire property in a fantastic shape and the view the best we ever had in a hotel. The kitchen is brilliant, the bar impressivly equipped with one of the most impressive cards containing Whisky, Gin, Cocktails we ever saw.
