Good morning, My husband and I checked out of your hotel this morning and just wanted to say we had a wonderful trip! We loved your hotel and everyone was so helpful! We especially appreciated Rossella, she was so delightful, very helpful and very patient with all of our questions! The view from our room was incredible and we really appreciated the free shuttle to town. I do wish there was a shuttle back between 9:30pm and 11:30pm, but it was workable. Good evening, Following our second vacation at The Grand Hotel Aminta, I would like to express our gratitude all of the very warm, welcoming and friendly staff, who made our stay most relaxing and enjoyable. Many thanks to all the room attendants, who kept our rooms spotlessly clean and welcoming, to the Reception staff for their kindness, understanding and professionalism when dealing with all our enquiries during our stay, to the bar staff who served our refreshments so efficiently, to all the waiting and table service staff who again were all very friendly, hospitable and very accommodating with our requests (especially the Chef who catered for my son’s gluten free diet and the delicious menu choices), the porters, courtesy bus drivers and poolside staff who keep the area so clean, tidy and inviting.
