Dear Aminta team We wanted to drop you an email to say thank you to the wonderful time we had at your amazing hotel. We got lucky with the weather I think for April! I have to say the hotel was superb! So immaculately clean! The staff truly special! The pool lovely and warm! The breakfast and lunch so so good! Good evening, Following our second vacation at The Grand Hotel Aminta, I would like to express our gratitude all of the very warm, welcoming and friendly staff, who made our stay most relaxing and enjoyable. Many thanks to all the room attendants, who kept our rooms spotlessly clean and welcoming, to the Reception staff for their kindness, understanding and professionalism when dealing with all our enquiries during our stay, to the bar staff who served our refreshments so efficiently, to all the waiting and table service staff who again were all very friendly, hospitable and very accommodating with our requests (especially the Chef who catered for my son’s gluten free diet and the delicious menu choices), the porters, courtesy bus drivers and poolside staff who keep the area so clean, tidy and inviting. La scorsa settimana abbiamo trascorso un Sogno... Avevamo prenotato una stanza ed allo stesso prezzo c'è n'è stata omaggiata un'altra superiore. La cortesia è soprattutto la disponibilità dello staff impeccabile che mi hanno aiutato a fare una sorpresa a cena alla mia compagna. Relax assicurato. Da ripetere quanto prima.
